Event engagement platform

One QR code. The whole show.

Attendees scan once and can search your entire show floor in their own words — “who installs composite decking?” — and find the exhibitors, booths, seminars and show specials that answer it. Nothing to download.

  • AttendeesFind what they actually came for, in seconds.
  • ExhibitorsGet found by intent, and receive consented leads.
  • OrganizersSee what attendees wanted — and what nobody sold.

The problem

Attendees walk past the exhibitor they came to find.

A printed directory lists company names. It does not know that “composite decking” means four different booths in three different aisles.

Attendees

The show guide answers the wrong question.

People arrive with a project, not a company name. Alphabetical listings and category tabs make them guess which exhibitor sells what they need.

Exhibitors

Interest never turns into a lead.

Booth conversations end with a business card or nothing at all, and there is no record of who was searching for exactly what that exhibitor sells.

Organizers

No evidence of what the floor needed.

At load-out there is no data on what attendees searched for, which exhibitors drew interest, or which categories were missing entirely.

The solution

Ask TripPass what you are looking for.

Margo, the discovery assistant inside every show, reads your exhibitor list — products, services, brands, booth numbers, show specials — and answers attendees in plain language. When no exhibitor matches, she says so instead of inventing one, and that gap is reported to you.

  • Search by product, service, brand or problem — not just company name
  • Booth numbers and floor-plan locations with every answer
  • Show specials and seminars surfaced alongside exhibitors
  • Saves to My TripPass so attendees can plan the rest of the day
  • Honest “no exhibitor lists that” answers, logged as unmet demand

How it works

From your spreadsheet to the show floor.

  1. 01

    You send your exhibitor list

The spreadsheet and floor plan you already have. We structure it — products, services, categories and booths.

  2. 02

    Attendees scan one QR code

On the badge, the signage, the program, the ticket email. It opens in the browser, with nothing to install.

  3. 03

    Leads and insight come back

Exhibitors receive consented leads with the search that produced them. You receive the full picture of attendee demand.

Who it serves

One show. Three people who get value from it.

The attendee

  • Scan, search, find the right booth
  • Save exhibitors, offers and seminars
  • Ask for information without hunting for staff
  • Keep the plan on their phone after the show

The exhibitor

  • Be found by what they sell, not where they sit
  • Publish a show special that attendees can save
  • Receive consented leads with the search behind them
  • Get a results report after the show

The organizer

  • Launch from the spreadsheet you already keep
  • Show exhibitors measurable value at renewal
  • See the categories attendees wanted and nobody sold
  • Clone the whole show for next year

Live demo

Try a real search.

The New England Home & Remodeling Expo is a permanent demonstration show with fictional exhibitors. Open it on your phone and ask it something a real attendee would ask.

  • “composite decking”
  • “roofing”
  • “kitchen remodeling”
  • “generators”
  • “financing”

  • Exhibitor import from your existing spreadsheet
  • Product and service tagging so search actually works
  • Floor plan and booth-location setup
  • Seminar schedule, sponsors and show specials
  • A private preview to review before launch

Pricing

$1,495 per show.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is TripPass?

TripPass is an event engagement platform. Attendees scan one QR code at the door and get a searchable version of your whole show — exhibitors, products and services, booth locations, seminars and show specials. Exhibitors receive permission-based leads, and organizers see what attendees were actually looking for.

Does TripPass replace registration or ticketing?

No. TripPass is the discovery, engagement and lead layer that sits alongside whatever registration, ticketing or event-management system you already use. Keep your registration platform; TripPass handles what happens once attendees are on the floor.

Does anyone have to download an app?

No. TripPass opens in the phone's browser from a QR code or a link. Attendees can add it to their home screen if they want it handy, but there is nothing to install and no account to create.

What kinds of shows use TripPass?

Trade shows, consumer shows and expos: home and remodeling shows, garden shows, RV and boat shows, bridal shows, business expos, association conferences — any event where attendees are trying to find the right exhibitor.

How do you build my show?

From the exhibitor spreadsheet and floor plan you already have. QuickStart is our launch service: we structure your exhibitor data, add booth locations, load your seminars and hand you a private show preview to approve. Interactive booth mapping remains a Pilot capability.

What happened to TripPass for transportation?

Nothing — it is live and supported. TripPass passenger-experience technology is now part of RideOS, the livery reservation, dispatch and operations platform. Existing transportation customers keep everything they have.

Want to see your own show in TripPass?

Send us your exhibitor spreadsheet and floor plan. We will build a private TripPass preview using your own event data.
